You know it's almost June when...

the strawberries are almost ready to be picked! I love incorporating our home garden into our homeschooling curriculum. We always count and weigh our strawberry harvest, and then plot the results. Last year we grew over 40 pounds of edible strawberries! It was likely around 50-60 pounds if the donations to local wildlife were included. They always pick the sweetest ones to take a bite out of!
